My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were really small, didn't offer any services like room cleaning, the bathroom had only cold water, the sink was clogged, the bed was hard, and there was no Wi-Fi available, all for a high price. Additionally, the bathroom emitted an unbearable smell. However, the location was convenient for accessing various places in downtown St Petersburg.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel - it's within walking distance of so many great places and right near the beach. The rooms, while spacious, are a bit outdated and not well-maintained. The service from staff, especially Emma, was friendly and pleasant. The hotel could use some improvements in terms of accommodating special requests and providing more details about parking. Despite the old charm of the building, the location makes up for it all.
